Message to the Government:

A hungry society produces frustrated, angry and oppressed individuals who are drunken by depression and who resort to crime as means of liberation.

"You shall reap what you sow"
From this statement, I wonder to myself, "what have black people ever done to be condemned into such suffering?"
We were robbed of our land and dignity, raped and turned into slaves, now in our own country (after 400yrs of oppression) we still beg for a plate of food!!
...
Blacks are embedded in a racially motivated system that divides families and oppresses us economically. The only thing that awaits blacks is a sheer cycle of poverty, a system where we can only be poor, jailed or dead.
Anywhere you go in the world you'll always find whites at the top and blacks at the bottom (America, Britain, Spain, India, Australia, Rome, South Africa). From history we learn that whites kill blacks, police kill blacks and even blacks kill blacks. Now we have aids, malaria, TB, diarrhea and the controversial Ebola have also taken a swipe in claiming African lives.
Not only through the acts of man but it seems like nature too has got a dislike towards blacks..... Lord why do we suffer so much? What is this burden for? Why are my people starving to the point to where they eat each other? Why must I pretend not to see that fellow african carrying black plastic bags filled with bottles and begging for any extra change?
Why???Why???Why???Why???Why???Why???!!!!!

The more I observe and compare, the angrier I get!!!!

I was very surprised to hear the so called "foreigners" (Nigerians, Congolees and Camaroonian) speaking isiXhosa.
This generated great warmth in my heart to see my fellow African brothers and sisters speaking my "click" language. They truly adhere themselves to a progressive society and want to meet us half way in building a nation. As opposed to the whites in South Africa who have been staying here for centuries but haven't lifted up a single butt cheek to try and learn our.../a native language. Generations have passed and today many whites even still struggle to say my name, I have tried to accommodate them by nick naming myself to AV... But NO MORE!!!... My name is Aviwe Gwayi and I expect you to articulate it.

I'm not Aweewe!!!!

Man endures pain as an undeserved punishment; woman accepts it as a natural heritage. The white man will never respect us as African men if we don't respect and protect our women. They are the givers of birth to our beloved leaders, they nu...rture our manhood and we breast feed from their wisdom, they fought hand in hand for our freedom and despite that they have been made to live in the shadows of men they remain undeterred and indoing so with a smile on their faces....... Never underestimate the power of a women.

Land private owners use Sanral as a method to forcefully remove people from their homes, leave them in the rain and hide behind the constitution. If the DA really cared about this 'black' dominated community then they would have done some...thing a long time ago to get these people an alternative, but instead DA was too busy campaigning.

This is a reflection of what happens in Cape Town, this is the second time where people have been forcefully removed in their homes this year. If private owners can justify themselves with the constitution to do this, then I say FUCK THE CONSTITUTION!!!!!!!

The people shall govern and we will NOT let a minority rule us..... Africa is for the Africans!!!!!!!

Yesterday hundreds of families in Lwandle (a small community just outside Cape Town) was forefully removed from their homes and left in the blistering cold and rain. Now my question is, where is the media? Only small media outlets come to the scene but if there's something that the ANC is involved, they are always quick to arrive and in their numbers.

It is clear that the media has an agender aga...inst the ANC. The media is never quick to evoke the struggles of black or coloured areas (especially in the Western Cape). We need to open up our eyes and not be manipulated by this artificial world that news24/M&G/CapeTimes etc. has created in our minds. These people don't give a rats ass about us and its time to be conscious about it. We must not be instruments of our own oppression!!

Nelson Mandela warned us that in the near future that there will be a media were its soul purpose will be to deteriorate the image of the ANC. Its time to wake the f*@k my Africans!!!!

I think calling each other blacks must STOP!!!

Why? (this is my opinion, please feel free to comment if you differ)

A lie was told and it was couched in language, they made everything black; ugly and evil (look at the synonyms for the word black), its always something low, sinister and degrading. The word black was used to suppress and to show inferiority, and at the same time limiting the so-called black man to see/realize the potential that he had within himself. But if you look at the word 'white' its always something good and pure.

I believe we should refer to each other as 'Africans' (that's what we are, we are AFRICANS). Every time I fill out an application form or come across race identification (white, coloured or black), I always cross out the word black and write the word African on top (even in my school text books). "Black" people that are situated in other parts of the world are classified as African American, African European, African German etc (depending on the region that they inhibit). I refuse to define myself as a colour!!! I was asked by a white person "If you dont like being defined as a colour then why am I calling white people white?" my answer was simple, "There is nothing wrong being called 'white' but I find everything wrong being called 'black".

I've seen many of my sisters use Ponds, white powder and even bleach their skin colour because they hated being called ''black''. Its sad that there are so many factors that plan to divide us, I'm hoping that one day instead of calling each other black, white, coloured, African, European, American, Indian or British, we must refer to each other as one race...... and thats the human race!!!

Why I say Apartheid still affects me

I was told by a young lady to stop acting like I was in Apartheid, it didn't affect me, I went to good schools and I'm still enjoying life....... well this was my response to her;

I am still feeling the ripples of Apartheid because all of those who fought for my freedom are either broke, in jail or dead. Yes, I may have lived a comfortable life but that doesn't mean I should turn a blind eye to t...hose who are still suffering. Apartheid deprived my people of wealth, stripped them of their dignity, manipulated blacks to fight one another, raped and robbed me of my culture. When I see my people still embedded in poverty, it makes me angry (as I know apartheid is not the only determining factor this time). If I am able, then I will take on the position of being the voice of the voiceless. As black people we refer to each other as brothers and sisters because we share the same pain, we suffered together, we went to jail together, we got shot at together, we mourned together and we cried together, so if you're poor then we'll be poor together until all of us benefit. Lets not let wealth blind our hearts from brotherhood, I refuse to be part of the few blacks who turn a blind eye.

As long as there are still poor black people, I can never sit around passively and enjoy the fruits of this country, knowing very well that my brothers and sisters continue to cry for help.

Realizing that you're ignorant is the first step to knowledge

Monday, 24 March 2014

The world produces enough food to feed 11.5 Billion people everyday.

The worlds population is estimated to be 7.5 Billion.

Why the HELL are there people starving?
Black people must not become the instruments of their own oppression.

If your brother or sister is astray, set them on the right path instead of beating them down even further. Refuse to neglete yourselves!!
